Stephen D. Egan, Jr.

Steve Egan specializes in management, operations, and performance improvement studies for state and local government agencies, with a recent focus on service delivery structure; public works and utilities; planning, development, and inspections; and financial, administrative, and resource management functions.

Mr. Egan has a B.A. in government and history from Norwich University in Northfield, Vermont, and an M.A. in government from the American University in Washington, D.C. He is a member of the Government Finance Officers Association, American Public Works Association, and the American Water Works Association. He is a frequent speaker on governmental culture, planning processes, management issues such as competition in water services, operations and performance improvement, and resource management.
